Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the latter half of the decade. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha was also active in sports such as soccer, softball and basketball. She began bodybuilding when she turned 15 years old. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014, after winning the NPC USA Championships. However, she began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place with a 9th-place finish. She held on to an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha was a participant in her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished fourth.
