Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada has been one of the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous TV shows. Her family was from Northern Virginia. She is the middle child of two sisters. Her middle sister was raised within Northern Virginia. Her career on air began by appearing in a variety of National Commercials. Ghanizada received a nomination for best actress at the film festival in 2004's Laura Neri movie A Kiss on the Nose. She was the character Chiara. The roles she played on television include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Recent roles included the sci-fi action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada started her acting career in 2008 when she joined the team for the General Hospital spin-off General Hospital. In the second season of Nightshift, she was holistic specialist the Dr. Saira Bastra. Ghanizada was a part of Kelly, an actress on Prada Sales Girl in HBO Entourage during 2009.
